Single Skin Cladding Replacement & Flashings Installation

C&C Industrial Roofing were instructed to carry out refurbishment works involving the removal of aged single skin cladding and the installation of new profiled single skin sheeting.

Cladding Replacement – Existing worn cladding was carefully stripped back and replaced with new, durable single skin profiled sheets. This provided the building with an immediate uplift in appearance as well as improved weather protection.

Verge Flashings – New verge flashings were installed to ensure a neat and watertight finish to the roof edges.

Roller Door Flashings – Custom flashings were fabricated and fitted around the roller shutter openings, ensuring both functionality and a clean, professional finish.

Personnel Door Flashings – New flashings were also installed around personnel doors, offering additional protection against water ingress while completing the overall façade upgrade.

This project has delivered a fresh, modern look to the building envelope while also improving durability and weather resistance. Attention to detail on all flashing works ensures the system is both practical and visually consistent.
